RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
 

We hope all our customers enjoy their Saffron Slippers.

 

However, if you are considering a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at info@saffrons.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase.  We will happily exchange for a different size or a different product or provide a credit note for your purchase.


Please note we quality check all our products by hand before we despatch to ensure your slippers have no defects.  

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 

Return within 14 days: Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.


Unworn, original condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with original dust bag. Worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.  Shoe soles must be intact and undamaged, please try the product on a soft, clean surface.

 

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE


Email us at info@saffrons.com.au with your return / exchange request with the order number you received from us when you placed the order, this was sent to the email address you provided at checkout. We will email you an address to return the items along with your return/ exchange number. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return.  Please keep your shipping tracking number.  Saffron Slipper Company cannot be held liable for any returned items lost in transit.  


Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return / exchange.

  • We will send any exchanges or process the credit note within 2 days of receiving you returned goods. Credit note will be given for the value of the product at time of purchase, excluding any shipping cost.

  • An email will be sent to you to confirm your return or exchange.
