Your order is important to us and we are committed to process your order within 24 hours. Please note, orders are not processed over the weekends or on Australian public holidays.  We use tracked Australia Post to send your purchases in Australia or throughout the World.

 

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation which gives you the tracking number for the progress of the parcel from Australia Post.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

We offer free express delivery on orders over $200.   

For orders under $200, we charge a flat fee of $10.

Australia Post will endeavour to deliver an order within 1-3 business days (depending on the delivery post code).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

We offer free international delivery on orders over $400.   

For orders under $400, we charge a flat fee of $30.

The delivery time for international orders is typically 10+ business days. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control.

INTERNATIONAL TAX

Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars. Customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
